FAQ
Will the QR code ever expire?
No. The code encodes the content directly. It never redirects through our servers and never expires. If you change the underlying URL, you'd generate a new code.
What error correction level should I use?
M (medium) is a good default for most uses. Use H (high) if the code will be printed on something that might get scratched, curved, or partially obscured. Higher correction = denser pattern.
Why is my WiFi QR not connecting?
Make sure the SSID is exactly as broadcast (case-sensitive), the security type matches your router, and the phone supports the standard. Some older Android versions need the "WPA" setting even for WPA2 networks.
Can I print QR codes?
Yes — download the SVG version. SVG scales infinitely without quality loss and is what professional print shops prefer. For a quick flyer, PNG at 1024px is fine.
Is there a size limit on the content?
QR codes can technically hold up to ~2900 characters. Practical readability drops after ~1000. For long URLs, consider a URL shortener first, then encode the shortened link.
